Returns and Refunds.

If you change your mind.

You may return any goods to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you the full price you have paid - including any delivery charges - ( if there was more than 1 item on the order then the delivery charge will not be refunded) provided they are returned to us in saleable condition. The applicable refund shall be made to you within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition.

**With particular reference to curtains, do not pull the strings on Tape headed curtains.** 

While you have the goods in your possession you must take all reasonable care of them and do not use them.

If possible check the product for suitability eg colour and design in their original packaging.

GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THEY WERE A SPECIAL ORDER.

If you wish to return goods you must give us clear notification of your intention to cancel the contract either prior to return of goods by emailing us at returns@decorhom.co.uk  or contained within the returned goods parcel. Please include your name and address,the invoice number, description and title of goods, price and quantity; so we can deal with your returns promptly.

You will be responsible for the return of unwanted goods at your expense and risk.

Goods sent back without any clear notification that you wish to cancel the contract; or goods received back NOT in a RE-SELLABLE condition shall not be accepted and will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.

The goods you received are faulty.

If the goods you received were faulty, damaged, or not as ordered by you; eg wrong colour from what was stated in product description; we will exchange the goods or issue a refund including delivery charge ( if there was more than 1 item on the order then the delivery charge will not be refunded) when we receive the goods back. We will arrange to have the goods returned at our expense. 

We reserve the right to inspect the goods to verify the fault or damage.

Faults caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear are not covered by these returns promises.

Wallpaper Returns and Faults

In addition to the policy outlined above the following shall apply.

1. Over Ordered Rolls

For up to 25 days over ordered rolls may be returned for refund provided they are in their original condition as stated above.

Where the rolls were dispatched directly from the manufacturer Graham and Brown, for Free Returns please use the DPD pickup label and follow the returns instructions. Then contact us at returns@decorhom.co.uk or call 02841765812 with your original order number and quantity being returned. 

When we confirm the rolls have been returned we will refund you the cost of the rolls

2. Faults

Please check all wallpaper rolls for faults before and during hanging and if you find a problem inform us immediately; keep all wallpaper labels until the paper has been hung and you are happy with the job.

Where a fault has been found a full replacement or refund shall be given

To help us deal with the fault efficiently please contact us at returns@decorhom.co.uk and we may ask you to return the label of the faulty rolls plus an example of the fault on the paper - please also tell us your order number. It may not be necessary to return all the faulty paper.
